On this Monday, I had a chance to attend a seminar that talked about the Spiritual Warfare. It taught me alot of things and I would like to share one aspect because it is crucial one since we are living in the reality of the invisible war, namely the Spiritual Warfare, in every day of our lives.
When it comes to the spiritual warfare, there are great interests in public out there (with curiosity, I searched amazon and found that there are 11,737 books related to the Spiritual Wafare and googled it and discovered over 586,000 articles relating to it.
However, unfortunately, not many of us are aware of Satan’s tactics of destroying people of God. Thru. the seminar, I was reminded that one of the ways Satan uses is our feeling… i.e. I don’t feel like serving, too tired, too inconvienient, too costly, etc…
Well… we can’t rely on feeling which fluctuates based on circumstances… A good example is in one of this week’s Living Life Q.T. illustrations that when John F. Kennedy Jr., his wife, and his sister-in-law died in a plane he was piloting, it was revealed that he probably became disoriented in the darkness…. Had he was trained enough to rely on the instruments no matter what your sense told him, they would have survived…
Folks, we have the ultimate instrument to guide us in the darkness. It is NOT our feeling but it is the Word of God which brings the Truth into our lives that you could rely on it against Satan’s scheme of destructions. So let us fully UTILIZE the Truth, the Word of God, by reading it, meditating upon it, memorzing it, and apply it into our lives.
