What a week it has been! I mean last week being one of the toughest weeks for me (that is why I could not send out my usual weekly greeting e-mail to all of you last week, missing it for the first time in the past 5 years)- I had “holy wrath”…those of you who came out last Sunday know what I mean here since I addressed it during my sermon (another reason that you should not miss Sunday service^^)… but now this week has been nothing but week of restoration by grace of God…
With EM Christmas party last week and celebrating Tricia’s birthday this week, I have been restored by fellowship of NCMC family… I am convinced again that we have a wonderful family of God here at NCMC (trust me I am not saying this because of precious gifts that you all bought for me and my wife^^… Although everyone has own share of struggles and weaknesses, we all come together and show care and love for each other in Christ… Where else would you find such love and care?
Not that we should be conceited about it but need to remind each other how this community of believers should NOT be taken as granted but rather to be appreciated and continue to strive to be the people that God desire…. Trust me… you don’t know how good it is until you lose it… So moment by moment, please do acknowledge each other’s precious presence and continue to encourage each other to grow deeper into relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.
Alright folks!
Hope your shopping is done for Christmas by now and ready to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. Speaking of celebrating Christmas, we will have our Christmas Celebration Worship on this Sunday and I hope that all of you’d come and be part of it!
Have the Spirit filled the rest of the week!
Blessings,
PT
